Leak Test machine

          This machine is designed to detect leaks using both automatic and manual testing systems. It is used to identify NG (Not Good) and OK conditions in various workpieces and packaging types. Common applications include the automotive, electrical and machinery, and food and pharmaceutical industries. The testing principles vary by industry as follows:

These sectors typically use air leak testing methods, employing pressure and airflow control equipment to regulate vacuum levels. The system checks for leaks in the workpiece and determines whether the result meets the predefined NG or OK criteria.
Food and Pharmaceutical Industries
In these industries, leak testing is commonly used for various types of packaging such as bags, plastic bottles, glass bottles, cans, drums, gallons, snack pouches, and plastic pouches. The principle is based on vacuum testing and can be conducted with or without water, depending on the type and suitability of the packaging being tested.
